Tom Caldwell

Tom Caldwell, 25, 441 West Elm Street, died Friday afternoon, Dec. 26, 1975, at his home after a six-month illness. Born December 28, 1949, he was the son of Herbert Harroll Caldwell, deceased and Martha (Philbeck) Ayers, who survives and lives in Lebanon. He was married April 2, 1973 in Thorntown to Debra L. Ford, who survives. He also is survived by a daughter, Stacey, who is at home; one brother, Ray Caldwell, Saginaw, Mich.; one half-brother, Don Fentress, Louisville, Ky. and one sister, Mrs. Janie White, Lebanon.

He was a member of the Eagles Lodge at Lebanon and the International Independent Showman’s Association of Gibsonton, Fla. He attended Lebanon High School and had worked at Libbertt Concession, Indianapolis, for the past three years. He had worked for other concessions for some time previous to that. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Alan Moody, Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Russell and Hitch Funeral Home, Lebanon. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
