Vaughan Peter Townsend, 64, of Indianapolis passed away on Sunday, December 14th, 2014. He was born September 1, 1950, in England. He spent his youth in Lebanon, Indiana, graduating valedictorian of the class of 1968. He later attended college at Indiana University, Bloomington. He was a salesman, a teacher in Greensburg, a dear friend to many, well traveled and a talented chef. He will be missed by the many whose lives he touched. A private celebration of his life will be scheduled in the new year. Arrangements and care were entrusted to Lauck & Veldhof Funeral & Cremation Services.
